Appointments
Being on time for your appointment at Synergy Hair & Beauty is greatly appreciated and ensures that we can offer you the highest standards of service.
New clients are recommended to arrive 10 mins before their appointment to fill out any necessary consultation forms.
While we take care & precautions to safeguard clients' clothing during colour services we still advise you to wear old clothes to your appointment and will not be held responsible if clothes are damaged. Unfortunately, accidents can happen so please don’t wear your best top!
Course Bookings
All courses of treatments are offered at a discounted rate and must be pre-paid before treatment commences. Courses of treatments are non-transferable. It is necessary to give 24 hours' notice of cancellations to avoid the loss of any pre-paid course treatments.
Cancellations
If you cannot make your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice to save you being charged a 50% cancellation fee.

As a 5-star salon, client care and customer service are of the utmost importance to us. At Synergy Hair & Beauty we take client care very seriously so if we can make your stay more comfortable, or if a matter should arise that you are not completely happy with please let us know immediately.
