Salon Policies

Booking an appointment constitutes an agreement to pay in full for the appointment whether or not you attend unless sufficient notice is given. If you need to change your appointment, you must call Synergy Hair & Beauty Salon on 01527 854232 or email more than 24 hours before the appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

Here at Synergy Hair & Beauty Salon in Redditch, our team aims to deliver the best possible service. Please understand that when you fail to arrive for your appointment or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. For this reason, we respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, or need to reschedule, please be kind enough to let us know 48 hours beforehand.

- Cancel 48 hours before your booking = no charge

- Less than 24 hours notice is 50% off your bill (which we have extended by 24 hours)

- No show and no cancellation will result in 100% off the bill being paid before we rebook you.

Deposit Policy

At Synergy, we are dedicated to providing excellent service to all our clients. To manage our schedule effectively and ensure fairness, we have introduced a new deposit policy for services over £50.

A deposit is required for all bookings over £50.

Deposits will be fully refunded if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. This policy helps us ensure that everyone gets a fair chance to book their preferred time slots.

Appointments

Being on time for your appointment at Synergy Hair & Beauty is greatly appreciated and ensures that we can offer you the highest standards of service.

New clients are recommended to arrive 10 mins before their appointment to fill out any necessary consultation forms. 

Colouring & Tinting

While we take care & precautions to safeguard clients' clothing during colour services we still advise you to wear old clothes to your appointment and will not be held responsible if clothes are damaged. Unfortunately, accidents can happen so please don’t wear your best top!

A skin test is required prior to all hair colouring and tinting services.
