Synergy Hair & Beauty Salon in Studley, Warwickshire was established in 2003 by Maxine Davy with an aim to give customers a high-quality retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Over the years the team has grown and the salon has gone from strength to strength and has now gained a reputation as being among the best in the business. 

Maxine's natural warmth and unwavering commitment to ensuring that every individual who enters the salon emerges looking and feeling beautiful have been instrumental in cultivating a dedicated and loyal workforce. Many of her team members have stood by her side for many years, a testament to the strong bonds she has forged.

Over the years, Maxine and her dedicated team have collected many awards with the latest recognition being the salon's proud achievement of prestigious titles, including Best Salon Team, Best Hair Extension Salon, and Best Customer Experience. Furthermore, the talented Synergy team has clinched individual honours, such as Hair Extension Artist of the Year for Maxine Davy, Apprentice of the Year for Lydia Bryan, and Colourist of The Year for Lydia Davies.
