As the proud owner of the award-winning Synergy Hair and Beauty salon, I, Maxine, have dedicated over 30 years to the craft of hairstyling.

Each passing year fuels my passion for transforming not just hair, but lives as well. To me, it's about so much more than a cut or color. Complete transformations designed to enhance appearance and confidence are my specialty, and I achieve this through the art and science of hair extensions.

Boasting the title of the award-winning Hair Extensions Artist of the Year for Warwickshire for the past two years, I take immense pride in continually expanding and honing my skills to provide the best service to my clients. I am dedicated to ongoing education, regularly undertaking courses to ensure that I remain at the forefront of hair extension artistry.

Beyond my professional endeavors, not everyone knows that l am a complete introvert at heart. There's nothing I cherish more than the tranquility of home in the countryside, surrounded by my dogs and grandchildren. However, if life takes me outside, you might find me in comfortable gym gear, indulging in my love for fitness and wellness. I am a firm believer in manifesting positive energy and embracing the support of the universe, a philosophy that has never failed me. I am grateful every day for my inspiring team, the sanctuary of my salon, and the beautiful clients who entrust Synergy with their transformations.

I'm Danielle, a hairdresser at Synergy. Let me tell you, I absolutely love doing Yuko hair straightening treatments. It's like magic for taming those locks!

And when I'm not busy making people's hair look amazing, I enjoy playing darts and getting creative with balloon arches. It's such a fun way to unwind and bring smiles to my family and friends. Hairdressing and having a blast.

 

Let me tell you a bit about myself! I'm Michelle, a hairdresser with a true passion for what I do. When it comes to hair, I have an eye for detail that's hard to beat.

Some people even joke that I must sleep with scissors in my hand! But hey, that just shows how dedicated I am to my craft. I love making sure every strand is perfect and my clients leave feeling amazing.

It's all about those little details, you know?

I’m Jess a hair designer at synergy, I have over 8 years experience in the hairdressing industry and have been at synergy for 5 years now.

My favourite thing to do is hair extensions and balayage.

I love expanding my knowledge of hair and learning new techniques to give my clients the best possible experience and I enjoy passing on my knowledge to my clients.

My hobbies include going to the gym, horse riding and spending time with family and friends, not to forget my dog Archie.

 

My names Lydia I’ve been working in salons since I left school. I qualified in 2009 so I've been hairdressing for 15 years.

I love working with the Synergy team and meeting and greeting old and new clients! Getting creative and making someone feel a million dollars is so rewarding and I take so much pride in the work that I do.

In my spare time I love spending time as a family. I have an amazing husband and two wonderful children

Oh hey, I’m Olivia and fairly new to the Synergy tribe! and Iv been working on the salon floor for 3+ years doing what I love,.

My favourite aspect is being artistic with colour and styling of the hair, but always wanting to improve and upgrade my hairstyles.

Out of hours you’ll find me: -Going shopping in Zara -Drinks with the girls  - spending time with my partner.  I take my work very seriously and always make sure I always aim to achieve that desired look you ask for when coming to the salon.

Many know me already at Synergy but those who don’t my name is Lydia-May I’m the junior stylist and have been working at synergy for three years now.

I’m super passionate about my job and very optimistic about my future at synergy-outside of work I’m obsessed with shopping, working out at the gym and I adore spending time with my family, especially my sisters. 

Hey I'm Ivana, the resident wax queen and  beauty therapist! When I'm not working my magic in the salon, you can find me exploring the great outdoors, going for walks and hikes.

I really know how to embrace nature!  

 

 

My name is Charlotte, I have been here 17 years and do a little bit of everything, I don’t have a favourite treatment I enjoy little aspects of them all, I love a transformation, allowing people to relax & feel special & the favourite bit of my job is getting to know the clients that come through the door, I love hearing about your jobs, lives, hobbies adventures and building a relationship over the years with you all. 

When I’m not here you can usually count on me being in a field somewhere either chasing a loose horse or following the children whilst they ride their ponies

Hey there I’m Rachael. I'm a beauty therapist that has been in the industry for 10 years. I absolutely love making people feel beautiful and rejuvenated.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and my adorable dog, Frankie. Music is a big passion of mine, and I love hanging out with my Zumba group.

Traveling is also something I adore, especially when I get to visit my family in New Zealand and explore the beautiful Tenerife. 

Hi I'm Carol not only am I the salon manager and talented beauty therapist but I'm also a pro at multitasking. When I'm not busy making everyone look fabulous and booking appointments, you'll find me hitting the gym, hanging out with my adorable puppies, or enjoying a relaxed Sunday afternoon sipping on some refreshing drinks at Be At One.
